Ordering Online with a Credit Card
The recommended way to purchase our products is to order online. Conscious Creations uses the PayPal system to securely process your order. For each herbal medicine product there are two purple buttons that read 'Order Retail', and 'Order Wholesale'. If you click one of these Order buttons your web browser will load PayPal's shopping cart which will allow you to securely complete your transaction. You do not need to have PayPal account in order to make a purchase from our store.
Payment By Check Or Money Order
If you prefer to use a personal check, or money order, please send an email message to msmarpet@gmail.com which includes the items you wish to purchase along with your name, shipping address, and telephone number. Someone from our sales staff will contact you and arrange for shipping costs and payment details.
Conscious Creations Return Policy
We are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.
When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers' needs and assists in the development of better products.
All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to Conscious Creations is the sole responsibility of the customer.
